if you were truly a good player i imagine you can get to legendary eagle with out to much trouble, otherwise id say prepare yoru self for gold nova master- master guardian rank (slightly above average i beleive ?)
All these questions can be easily answered on http://google.com. Google offers everything, this is a dota2 forum.
Well I wasn't SpawN good, but I was pretty competitive. I can find some CW kills that's from 1000 years ago, if you can watch it and tell me what U think:

Ignore the bad editing and bad frags, it was really long-ass time ago, but let's say this was played during my peak of CS 1.6 career.
I'm watching NaVi vs TSM and I'm really getting hyped, like, I really like what I see. ^^
the problem with a highlight montage is its just that, im not a great player but i have my 3-5 frag rounds if i put all them in a highlight you would think i was solid :P
highlights just cant show us anything, the games only 15$ jjust pick it up and try it not a big deal one way or another
I played CS Source until GO was released, then I played dota only. When I went back to play some CSGO with irl friends/soloq sometimes I calibrated at rank below Legendary Eagle
If you were good you'll probably end up between Master Guardian Elite and Legendary Eagle.
I hate GO compared to Source, so thats what I ican say
Demolition mode is fucking fun for GO tho. Sadly none of my irl friends likes playing that t_t
I'm gonna buy it soon and I'm gonna try it.
I like how CS Go looks like and I like how weapons looks like.
I like whole ranking system and so on.
Grealubu, okay, I see.
All I know is when I watch pro players I only see headshots and very fast and good aim, so I'm not really sure if I can calibrate that high.
Like yeah, I coinsider myself pretty good at cs 1.6, but it was long time ago, and what was good backthen, could be just average now.
Anyways, I'm gonna buy it and see what happens.
I'm sure theres a huge difference between 1.6 and source/GO though. I can't hit for shit in 1.6 sure that games fucking bugged as fuck and people just learned how to play with that buggy shit game
to me it seems to be very different, the priority shifted from shooting (1.6) to tactics, and also the spray mechanics was reworked, as well as scope, jumps, etc.
i have more or less same kind of background whith a rather huge break after I last played 1.6, and i calibrated at MGE.
1.6 CS B46 auto win and B31 knockback is OP CT OP pistol
recoil-shoeaim ez
Cs:Go gayGun OP AK so easy to use i feel like heavy when playing it
> Almost 2016
> Still playing Dota2 instead of CS GO
> Not asking Icefrog to transfer your dota2 mmr to csgo
@OP
It might be a bitch to adjust to CS:GO from 1.6 yet overall CS GO is a far superior game.
Also if you're playing on EU servers:
as a russian i always somehow get to play with people from poland who refuse to speak english at all, and i just end up being a perdole'd kurwa every time i lose a clutch.
DD, do u play cs go? i havent seen u there since i started to play go myself.
This game was bad in the beginning. Then it got better and then the skins update came. Now the game got popular. Now the game is so popular that it got on the summer sale. Cheater came, it was even hard enough before them. Patches came out, changes after changes = game got worse. Wood door replaced by steel doors on Dust 2, Zeus patch etc. Huge ban wave => game got super eazy. M4A1 super nerf + diffusal & walk animation = rip csgo gg no re
E: Just played it to get this eazy Global after seeing some super noobs who were so horrible bad are at LEM/Supreme
IMO Csgo is better than Dota2 even though they're 2 different games, you can recognize skill better on csgo, if you're a legit sick player you can even pull off a 1v5 in Csgo but in dota it doesnt work that way, it's harder to deal with retards on dota2 than csgo.
sec will be waiting for winter sales gonna club a stupid old man and steal his properties away 1 moment its kinda hard
I'm just a poor free-to-play peasant salivating over what I am missing out on in the CS: GO master race.

I used to play CS 1.6 semi-competitive back in 2007-2008, I was pretty good.
I heard that ranking system in CS exists, so, as someone who is familiar with Counter Strike, what rating should I expect?
I'm planning to buy this game soon, how much is different compared to CS 1.6?
How recoil looks like compared to 1.6?
