Yes but it has problems with bots and ids since almost a year and no one fixed it

wasnt it only based on the ratings of ppl who joined by themselves (a small share of the whole dota playerbase), and therefore pretty irrelevant?

i remember i saw some lists of the kind, but im not sure it was exactly the thing u r talking about
