There's basically no standard item build for a support/roaming bh. You basically get whatever the game requires, but yeah, greaves is a pretty good way to go at it.
also, i have no idea why i don't have greaves/mek in my bh games. Just haven't played it enough I suppose.
Re: aether lens. On paper it should be good, but you should probably wait for more experienced people on this.

u go arcanes => mek => something that is NOT greaves. no need to spend so much gold on a recipe taht barely gives you anything, unless you are getting killed by orchid carriers a lot.
default item after mek and arcanes is blink, but u can also go for vlads, glimmer cape, pipe, linkens, lotus, halebard, diffusals, hex, etc.
vlad's is pretty fucking good since carries will benefit but often don't want to build it themselves. Be a walking aura!
Also don't underestimate deso just cus you are support. The reduction on towers and heroes is still quite amazing and I doubt BH is going to build an AC. Medallion seems good too.
Why would aether be good? I don't understand for what he need the passives. He have good range on track and shuriken and damage extra is not so great in bh he has only 1 skill with damage
Aether lens is pretty useless, unless you are zeus or pudge.

greaves can take out the dust, thats a good thing on a low hp hero, so after i get my meks and arcane, i analyze the game, and if they ahve too much nuke power, i would go for greaves, if not, a vlads is a well rounded item for teamfight and hg siege.

Tranq soul ring then dagon in solo q. Buy utility items depending on the opponents if you have a party. Going utility BH in solo q is dumb cuz there is zero coordination and you just end up starved of track gold and become useless.

what is the right way to do this roaming bh supp? I wanna rush greaves from venom clars and tangos but is that the right way to do it? Also I see some people getting aether lens is this a good idea?
