ok if at normal skill I'm shit when should I start streaming when I'm 6 k of idk I can also stream other games like csgo not only fucking dota I can also play endie games of FIFA 15 man its not about dota 2 that I want to stream ffs there are millions of games out there and ok when I get 4k of 6 k mmr il stream dota and I agree my decision was bad streaming in normal skill. can someone please help me now give me some computers that are good or smthing

any pc for around 1k eurones would do the job. more important is your internet service provider, and your upstream more specifically.
also do you want a seperate computer just for streaming. if so that's retarded lmao. streaming pretty much equals recording on performance drain so count with about 5-20 fps decline depending on your hardware

Don't buy your PC from a store, build it yourself. If you don't know how and you have no idea you can ask people who actually know to help you. If you could get something like this in your country for about the same price that 1200$ build in the video, that would be super epic. But you can also throw something like a GTX 970 instead if it's too expensive and you're good to go. For streaming focus on your cpu. Don't go for those low tier core i5's and beastly graphics card, because you won't benefit from it in games like dota and cs:go. You need a beastly CPU with high core clock, pretty much the cpu that has highest single core performance, so something like i5 6600K overcloked would be awesome for you. i7 is an overkill for you if you're just panning to stream games like dota/cs:go.
