u can still use both quickcast and normal cast just by adjusting ur casual in-game settings and not going for any of the advanced console crap

actually you can go to settings just its somewhere in there... enable quickcast UI settings its in options
I dont kno where u guys are seeing it ! All I m seeing single enable quiick cast option for all my item hotkeys !

I always keep forcstaff on normal cast and rest items on quick like eul .. blink ! But now I m unlble to do so , wondering if any console commands please :-(
