take a gondar, follow lc in the wood in invis, steal its xp, and kill it when it is low hp.

Going jungle with the sole purpose of farming for 8~10 minutes before the first gank is a pretty bad strategy. What you should actually do is exploit the fact that the enemy team is effectively playing 4v5 for all this time. This gives your team (and specially you, as a support) a lot of space for ganks/pushes. If you do it right, you'll be at an extremely advantageous position by the time LC has bought her blink dagger.

Hi there,
first of all, im just around 1.7 k MMR, playing mostly Support, because i like too. I have my favorite heroes, but i am far away from beeing concistently good with them.
My question: Is the following effective? To prevent (Legion Commandeg) from jungling, I am blocking their medium and easy camps with one ward and one set of sentries, but this delays the blink on LC only by a few minutes because she can farm the hard camps if there are trolls or satyrs. And sentries run out to quick. I dont always have the opportunity or gold to buy more sentries / smoke to refresh them. I dont feel that this is really gamechanging.
Should i continue with that and if, how often should i refresh these wards?
PS: I know, Bounty Hunter is decent, but i dont really like the hero. And setting up a smoke gank would be nice, but not everybody wants to participate.
