He got some nerfs and increase in the cost of his ablities , also since in this patch its all about huge teamfights every 5 mins dazzle kinda fell off since he doesnt have any disables for the enemy hard carrys . Also he is horrible at ganking , hes too defensive for this meta imo , thats why he is not picked often in pro matches.

So i havent seen any pros play dazzle at all recently. Is there a reason, as far as i know he didnt receive any huge nerfs and he is still a pretty good support. What happened?
