almost 5k, EU server so pretty much as far from what you're asking for as you can get but i'd say Void offlane, Roaming bounty, aba offlane, slark or sven safelane.
Slark is fairly strong this patch across many regions. Also alch, his laning is still strong and I reckon going blink instead of manta would be a good replacement to maximize his farm.

Manta isn't the worst thing on slark. Sure idealy you want silver edge/skadi/basher, but manta gives you attack speed, and an ultimate orb which is basically heroin. And yeah the whole dispelling silence thing.
