In my last Doom game I decided to get Octarine as my last item just because I wanted the reduced cooldown on DOOM. Game didn't really last long enough for me too feel the benefit of it so I'm not sure how effective it was.
So I'm wondering, is it worth getting Oct Core earlier on in the game? Maybe as first or second major item? It reduced the cooldown of all your spells and you can lifesteal off all of them (even devour). Or is it only something you get as a 6th slot (or maybe never).
