Some games are definitely lost at accept, no doubt about it. Best thing you can do is just take it on the chin, try not to get too disheartened by it and just do what you can in the games that you do have the power to alter the result of.
Know your feels man. From what i noticed. Don't play in the weekend... Only kids and noobs then. Play late at night in your region as the kids will be sleeping then. And your games will be a lot better. And just pick a carry. No matter what the lineup are. Cuz from what i know, if you play anything else, your carry's will disconnect every 5 minutes (my last game) and you'll get run over by the other team.

I'll win for weeks with nothing wrong with my games and I'll lose a few but not horribly.

I'll admit that some of the people are doing fine, it's just the team lineup this weekend had been horrible for example http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/2411438052 greedy last pick Naga with a techies who does nothing which is to be expected and I told her that. http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/2409848591 this is another techies who thought he had the right to abuse the rest of the players even though he picked techies, lets forget about the 5k hero damage timber making it 3v5 again.
As the games slowly go on when its 0/10 in the laning phase I slowly begin to give up and expect that I'm going to lose when I accept the green button
