Because his "nerf" isn't that bad his spark wraith can purge anything off now. counters Omiknight for expample. his new stats provide MASSIVE boost for his true build and makes him tanker, he also can last hit easier. he can pop up every 30 seconds and annoy the fuck out of the enemy hero and sometimes kill them and not pay a single penny
