Lobby ranked,that shit doesnt exist? Lobby matches do not count towards a player's stats, and do not give Trophy Points or item drops(from dotagamepedia)...Its must be something else.

it's about joining a lobby, blaancing the teams so you will match, and then queueing on peruvian server or w/e so you'll get matched

its a common way to abuse compendium challenges.
