There is huge difference between 1.8k & 3k and I don't like a 1.8k solo tard in my team Bcuz i am not 1.8k,I am 3k,simple as that.
And plz don't bullshit me with party MMR Bcuz it means nothing at all.

consider the queue time for 2 stacks if u ban them from solo q. 30 minutes? 50 minutes for 4k+?
barely any1 plays in 3 stacks.

Once I was playing with a 3.7k party MMR guy. His solo was 2.5k. My party and solo are both 6.3k.

Its ok for 4k+ tier where the player pool is limited not below it where the majority part are playing

there is a feature on a certain forum, called "shitty user"
when a particular user starts spewing bullshit 24/7, creates dumb threads and generally annoys the hell out of the community(or they are a scammer/fraud), but can't be banned because they don't break the rules de-facto, they are "awarded" with this status, which limits their ability to post, create threads and do other forum activities, as well as changes their user icon to a pile of shit. this results in this user not being in fact banned, but limited in rights and everyone knows this user is, well, shitty

My solo is 4k but my party is 3k, sometimes im playing with my noob friends whos 1,8k with 2,5k party, whos in advantage now?. When enemy have avg 2,8 without 1ks i can even carry the team with omni phase eul or a mere roamer bh and buy wards all the time when my 1k friend practicing lh. Stop whining, if u dont like valve rule just quit it

avg mmr means 5 people mmr divided by 5.
lets say this :
2.8 + 2.6 + 3.2 + 3.2 + 3.0 = avg of 2.96, 3kmmr
There is no way that he only will get matched with 2.8k people,
only if other 9 guys with 2.8k start looking for a ranked match
at the same time and server.
