I'm 3385 mmr on International ranked (3.2k normal) I regularly get paired with 3.6-4+ players. It seems alot easier as players who are high and really should be lower are lower in this ranked and they play anyway. When the 2k players make into 3.3k games, it starts to show on the mistake they make

Hi guys.
I have been struggling for some time with getting over the shitty 3k line (always drop back down, fml) and decided to give a try to the "International ranked" - and suddenly like 90% winrate and steadily climbing up.
It feels like the players there are the same, but it's quite odd.
And when I play with my friend we always lose (even though we play together for like two years now and really understand each other well in Dota), lol.
So, the question is - is it just me or is the seasonal mmr somehow easier to grind?
