Surely you should stop playing Invoker ;). I feel like a lot of games in this mmr-bracket are won by proper initation (in contrario lost by lack thereof), so maybe try offlaners like Tide, Void, Beastmaster (which still is broken as fuck) or even Clock.
Uh, whatever role with which you have the highest impact? How can you ask us this, shouldn't you know that about yourself? God... I miss back when calibrating to upper 4k was very high mmr....
after reaching 4990, you will think like you will lose your next game because your thinking like "i will not reach 5k again" so you will go down to 4850 again. so just take a brake after 4990 before finding a match :D

How is beast broken? He really isn't good unless a good player uses him. He has a vary high skill cap what with things like micro and hawk.
