Basically the same as if I would write warm up befor doing sports for a better result.
I went from 3,7 to 2,5 cuz of the tilt I guess once you lose 1 games it's snowballs into many
M8 you had a big loosing spree now u have a big wining spree, relax, its just how dota works. The loosing spree will definitely come again, and a win spree after that, and so on, unless you learn miracle skills, its not up to you... ;)

Dropped from 5k to 4.5 a couple of days ago, and now ? Now i dont give a damn about this game anymore since Witcher 3 Blood and Wine is out. This kinda RPG at least makes me feel relaxed, rather than doto stress and anger after lose. This game is pure cancer, takes away too much time and energy.

So After i lost like 900 mmr in 2 weeks, and could get back to my positive attitude, im 4.1k again After just 3or4 days. I discovered its all about yourself.
Just Dont flame your teams stay positive and Focus a Bit and its very easy to win games. Dont blame your Team if u had Bad Day or stuff. Just play if u feel like u wanna win. And Dont get salty just cuz u lose 1 game.
