Yeah go give him +0.5% on an already strong passive.
Yeah 2 years ago increase rage cooldown by 2 and then by 2 more seconds to now reduce it.
Increase the attack speed bonus from rage on lvl 1/2/3.
Allow him to infest ancients.
Add scepter to him.
Reduce infest cooldown.
Increase his strength gain.

Base attack time 1.7 -> 1.85.
Seriosuly, I was never so mad.
I would trade all these buffs just to get the base attack time back.
