its standard, the ranked -unranked disparity is almost 1k mmr or more, which means if you are just touching vhs unranked u can start at around 2.7 when u first rank

the last 3 games (i guess) before i could play my tbd, there was a 4.3k player... so i conclude if not we have similar or close enough

im a 3.6k player in my old acct.. got stuck bcoz of bad team mates.. created ths smurf and spam spec... it got me vhs. and queued me on a 4.3k players.. those normal skill from the time i got vhs were parties. it didnt went down since i got vhs only when i played 3 or 4 party games.

its already been proven that if you're better than the other 9 players in your matches you will win them more often than not.

people griefing / intentionally losing matches should work in your favour unless you're also intentionally losing games, because you are matched with 9 other people in your games, but the griefer has a 4 in 9 chance to be on your team while there is a 5 in 9 chance for them to be on the enemy team.

if there was someone who ran down mid every single game and you played 900 games you would expect 400 of them to be on your team yet 500 to be on the enemy team, resulting in a net gain of 100 wins due to people intentionally feeding.

the same applies to your shitty teammates excuse. if you are ACTUALLY better than your teammates (and therefore the enemy too because everyone is the same mmr), then you have 4 players on the team that can potentially make game losing mistakes while there are 5 players on the enemy team that could do that. if you are better than the other 9 people in your game then you will on average have more impact than most if not all players in the game and that will result in wins more than losses. it doesn't matter that you might have a few games where you play well and you still lose, in the long run you should be winning more than you lose.

look at miracle- for example. you think he never loses pub games? every game he probably has to play 1v9 while his enemies are like 1k mmr abnove his teamamtes yet he still gets to 9k mmr because that's how statistics work. he can win 1v9 more often than he loses so his mmr increases.

so TL;DR if you're 'stuck' at a certain mmr that means you're equally as good / shit as your teammates, just in different ways.

i.e. you may have better map awareness than your teammates or better late game decision making, et cetera while another teammate may have really good farming efficiency that allows him to make up for his shortcomings simply by having an item advantage over his opponents.

I calibrated around 3.4k and played past 4k because I am a 4k player its just that simple. I got that same toxic shitstains as you but I carried them and got out easy.
