It's your MMR, generally people at that level don't want to be told what to do with someone with 5 higher MMR than themselves.

because you get a dumbass captain who picks a godawful draft.

U see ur teammates first time. They might unpurposely ruin the game. U may need a hero but noone is good with it , etc. Many crying babies. In case of loss there is always someone to blame cap

Firstban sven\lifestealer and u have no more will to play. In ranked games ppl want to play the exact hero (meta abuse or just someone is good with magnus etc)

No point in it unless you have a 5 stack.
