it works exactly the same as a hero so im 100% sure you can only deny it under the effect of qop dagger/doom/veno ult (?)

Denying the Tempest Double grants the bounty gold to the denying ally, but not
the experience.
Does it mean I can send my double to roshan and lower its hp under 50% and earn me (or my ally) free 140 gold? Or the double can be denied when poisoned (qop etc)?
Can someone clarify it?
