The real Question is why is Pugna so fast? I mean he has these tiny little legs but he can outrun heroes like Abaddon whos on a Horse, or Gyrocopter whos in a freaking helicopter thing.
Side note: Most heroes who are riding on something are actually faster than average.

@salt cure ass no im serious. its such a squishy hero, at least buff his movement speed to maximum speed when he has his aghs.

Kotl should get +50 move speed in the day. Could also give him 50% evasion in day.

yea, they need to buff arc warden to have 340 base movementspeed and buff his damage to an acceptable 60 base dmg, should also give him a health buff and better stat growth, but srsly i really don't like the tempest giving 140 gold doesn't feel right and isn't really a nerf
