go play a different game to take a break? im not 6k tho but its pretty good advice, helps you tilt less. e.g illidan plays osu to relax; attacker plays rocket league

pick a 2-3 heroes, master them and spam them.

that's the easiest way to learn and gain mmr.

Yeah, you pick different heroes every match, which cool, but maybe when you get super close to 6K, why not spam your BEST heroes for the final stretch and stay focused?

there is only 1 sea player with high enough mmr to give you advice here, and he appears on the forum once a month

u might want to listen to 6,5k+ players from other region (eu mostly) tho

I belive eu alot pro player always compare to sea server

Listen to 6.5K NA players

just listen to me, go play eu and u will get to 8k because eu 8k = sea 5k.
