You must have been starving on DotA recently; can't play more then 2 or 3 games right now without having enough of it :/
I'd say do a light workout get some good longer than usual sleep tonight wake up tomorrow do hard workout do some non electronics things tomorrow and limit for dota to at most 6 hours tomorrow . Should be able to handle more dotes the next day .
Even if I play several games I walk around for atleast 5 minutes minimum between games if he doesn't get up at all that would be pretty bad for you , not to mention you would start to suck at dota a lot more
