If u were to play him mid or more active i wid switch out linkens for a shadow blade then build silver edge after echo. If u wud go offlane i wud still build the same way imo i cant see another build, maybe fit in a vlads to be a more team player or some shit? As a pos 4 support roaming u go oov > urn > echo > silver edge > shivas
