sven diffu doesnt sound that bad if your team cant buy a diffusal themselves vs an omni, and you are so ahead in terms of networth bcs of jungle stacks. you have blink ,echo, hotd, treads while their slark only has a treads shadowblade and a sage's mask
just kill the omni knight first....
i would only buy diffusal on sven if i don't think i can kill the omni for some reason, maybe they have a good OD or something who saves him.
