this is so unfair, what if radiant or dire pick both rune?
the rune suppose to spawn at base of each team, so each team can get 1, so the game will be fair

So I recently heard that there are 2 bounty spawn at 00:00 instead 1, and every 2 minute there will be 1 extra bounty rune will spawn
