350-400 what? Last hits? GPM? XPM? Deaths? Gold?

If its Last Hits, most cores can do that.

350-400 last hits is Ez if your good enough to play core

In that case most cores can reach 350-400 last hits, but many generally wont get those numbers because of their playstyle. Clinkz or Slark for example will spend more time ganking than something like AM and so wont have as many last hits.
If we're talking about farming freely without fighting at all most carries will reach it, if we're talking about a real game then only heroes like AM, Sven, Luna, Medusa and other heroes who naturally farm fast/spend a lot of time farming will get that on a regular basis.

The easiest heroes to do this: AM, Alchemist, Sven, Luna, Naga Siren, Meepo, Terroblade, Medusa.

400 last hits on 45 minutes is bad on sven unless you are just killing everyone and taking rosh and pushing rax at that point. If you are just mostly farming, it's even bad. Shoot for higher numbers on heroes who can attain them, namely AM, Sven, Terrorblade, Naga, Spectre, Medusa, etc. Some of those need farming items and a good lane to get there, but those numbers are not attainable if you lose all map control in first place.

I just played sven really bad this one game. Anyways 400 - 500 is attainable on many carries , lifestealer, wk etc. and heroes that should have around decent 450 - 500 or 400 - 500 lh are anti mage, luna, gyrocopter (I had less last game, my bad), bf juggernaut, terrorblade, alchemist, sven, Mjolnir sniper. anti mage, naga siren should have even more but it requires little practice after all

im pretty sure 450-500 in 45 min can be done with every pos 1 and 2 hero in the meta right now

pos 3 sometimes, but supports really don't need this farm

tinker 40 min 400 lasthits are good
but 300 350 too is not bad

invo and slark cant do it ? because slark need to gank . they have more time in hunting and team fights rather than farming ?
