OD orb, AM manaburn, a few other heroes I cant think of right now also have UAMS. The main purpose seems to be stopping you buying MOM and Deso together now. (Vlads works with Deso and Helm of Dominator no longer gives lifesteal) Oh and Satanic is also a UAM but you probably wont have Deso by the time you're getting a Satanic anyway.

Silencer Thingy was changed a couple of patches ago to not be UAM. As was Viper Orb.
The only ones left are OD arcane Orb, Caustic Finale, Frost arrows and AM's Mana Break. The only items with UAMs are Deso, Blight stone, MOM, Morbid mask and Satanic
