because it's an aura.
it's good on aura carriers, or the few heroes remaining with UAMs, AM for example, or Ursa if you need deso and lifesteal.
basically troll warlord got fucked so bad its like icefrog hates the hero now.
The new lifesteal item on melee manfighters woud probably be MoM, given the buff to it, but MoM is sub par on troll. so is vlads. So how will troll lifesteal now? Prob will be forced to get a vlads perhaps, or casual morbid mask. More likely he will skip lifesteal completely in favor of faster echo saber/ s&y rush. sad

Thing is that dominator can replace vlads for more supporty heroes like maybe abadon. But certain heroes still need the lifesteal, like ur voids and shit. Am too
but some talent tree of some carries give like 15% lifesteal or something like that so item that provides lifesteal will not be a core on some carry i guess. but vlad still good for additive lifesteal. domi is good for dominating creep that provide aura or disable like the wolf and the troll/the purge creep

Health Regeneration Bonus: 3
Armor Bonus: 4
Who really needs lifesteal (when you have +8 hp regen aura), that's not the reason people bought vlads. The great thing about it is the push power it gives to the team. And now, Domintaor, pretty much, outshines it. It's so core on Lycan now.
