he got passive buff also few good talents for ratting / fighting

because of neutral spawn nerf. it now only spawn for every 2 mins (1:00, 3:00 ...). and lycan is all about pushing and deathball. you can see also see the trend on winrate on sven who rely on neutral stack to skyrocket his gpm (from 54% wr to 50%). afk junglers got pretty nerf

To sum him up I can't even play the hero and I have 100% wr with him just because he split pushes so fast with howl

i wasnt talkingabout if there was a change in his kit. i was asking if the changes in his skills have changed his playstyle (tho from what i see it didnt) or if his previous playstyle have been improved to better and somehow now perfectly fits the early 7.00 meta

mate this is normal skill people don't know how to deal with rat (after 25 they cant even if they want with 33 shapeshift you can rat two lanes if you fast enough )
i remember climbing some mmr of 1.5k on account with lycan (around 40 matches with 90% winrate)
