Your winrate in every bracket is sickening
To get past the 5k barrier you need to understand how teamwork works.
Not to just know how to teamwork yourself, but to actually know how the concept works. Ex. How does a team win, what are their objectives, when etc.
I was in same situation, I've hit 5k though. Just improve your own gameplay (Laning mechanics) and the mmr will come.
If you play after Russian school time, you're bound to get stuck with 4 cores every now and then, just gotta do the "supporting" that isn't clueless and wins games for your team then during that time right? Even if it isn't acknowledged.
Pick heroes accordingly to your advantage so that you don't require as much help from people you are unfamiliar with.

my only success in solo ranked recently has been picking axe, necro, or spirit breaker. These heroes are easy to play and heavy punish bad players, im not 5k yet but ive been winning in the bracket your talking about so far.

4.5-4.9K mmr elo hell. Wtf how to get out of this shit. I haven't gotten out of this bracket in half a year. What to do? I've already practice all the fundamentals of DOTA but this bracket is insane. Supports are sometimes clueless on how to create space and resorted to always to gank mid. Trilanes aren't punished and mids get outplayed. People get easily intimidated by 6K players when they go mid. How to get out of this bracket? Any tips? Fcking tired already. :(
