That's inefficient. Instead of dwelling on theories, go and test out whether it works or not. The build your 5k friend has already been established as a legit build, as no doubt you have observed. Once you play, you will have questions because you just got the outline. Then come back here and ask which specific thing you have a problem with.

idk about vlads. i mean if you go phase+aquila+wand+desolator, you can get those around ~13-18 minutes. and most of the time you will be nearly level 15 by that time. take the lifesteal talent and you can start to rice your bkb as the next big item (maybe you can buy a casual headdress or roh if you need extra regen in the early phase)
