i'll summarize your post into this so it's more easily answered (and add some more)

1) is there a way to have the full list of items open automatically or do i have to click on it like a retard on start of every game
2) can i automatically get my cursor placed into the search bar so i don't have to click into that tiny box each time i want to buy an item
3) is there a way to edit the default build so i can add items on my own into there? i remember i had my own sets of items on each hero that the guides didn't cover which got not only deleted but i can't find a way to make them again

actualyl i think i'll make a reddit account and start complaining there because the amount of ui bullshittery that valve made for no reason is insane

at the first 7.00, they make it like that, your cursor focus on search box, so when you open shop, you can type the items name, but the problem is player with hotkey to open shop, like me a HoN trash player, i used to press "B" button to open shop, and "B" again to close.

and because the focus on search box, this is so irritating, and took me 10 sec to shop, which i usually make it 1 sec or 2.

and many reddit's user complain about this too, so they change it back like old one, where you should click to search item
