Decrypted maybe:
Roulette probably means circling around the map (the 4 bounty rune spots)
He's looking for SEA party (with Steam voice chat for teamwork?)
He did that role once and still has 9 more games to go for the 10-times Bounty Hunting Roulette challenge(which IDK where it started from). And wanted to know anybody's done it.
