Get better at the game:
Watch videos of high level players.
Analyze your replays.
Practice last hitting, roaming, smoke ganks, warding, stacking, pulling, different heroes, etc.

You're already being placed in high skill matches so your hidden mmr is around 3.2k and rising so go play ranked and actually get 3k.

Fuck pub games actually, shit isn't even close to dota, calibrate as soon as you're able to

up your mmr to 3,4 k - 3,5 k and you will get high skill

Blackclouds , i could not see my mmr until i play my calibrating matches.

Then increase your hidden mmr so that you'd get into 3.2k+ hidden mmr average games
