it costs a ton of mana and falls off fast on a hero that can scale really well with other items and wants to have a lot of mana for other purposes
you can buy dlance for similar hp (240) or dominator, both of these are actually good items for sf that dont cost almost 3 razes of mana
mek (gives 5 int = 70 mana + 0% mana rege) mana cost = 225
eul (gives 10 int = 140 mana + 150% mana rege) mana cost= 175
vyse (gives 35 int = 490 mana + 150% mana rege) mana cost= 100
so tinker can spam vyse but not euls.. any thoughts?
