I actually agree with this. The respawn talents make games go on for so much longer than they need to be.
-respawn time talent is only op on ld, otherwise it's one of the worst talent types in the game
most heroes have a - respawn talent of like 30s and tehy aren't that impactful lategame. Also it often causes people to feed more which makes the talent more harmful than beneficial. Only on cores is it really that good and only when its a big respawn difference.

I don't understand how heroes like Enigma and Warlock, who rely completely on their 160 second ults late-game got -30 respawns on level 20 while lone druid with virtually no CD reliance gets -50. And they even got scared to even nerf it by more than 10 seconds.
You can't even force buybacks if you are defending HG and win a team-fight anymore, because they respawn by the time you reach river.
Lone druid intended have that so much respawn time reduction because Valve thought people will use the bear for damage

Mostly supports get that talent, LD is the hardest carry having that kind of talent, second is NP as far as I know(But he gets it at lvl25). Then it's Lina :D
The thing is supports can't really slow down a 5 man push after the death of your main carry. Enigma with Octarine and Refresher is still quite long the cooldown, as long as you don't get 5 man blackhole you can still handle him as 5
But it is true that carry having low respawn time is a pain in the ass
Which is only LD, had a game versus him, goddamn hard to push t3 without team sync

only ld dos actually benefit a lot from it, and even then its not any op
Thing with -respawn is that when ur ahead u dont die and when ur behind it means u feed more often. At least thats for a majority of heroes with that talent, ld being an exception cuz he can still be strong even when marginal or behind (but not against blink daggers i guess).

The thing is defending against mega creeps is quite easy but pushing nowadays gets harder since the introduction of -respawn time on talent tree's ex. Enigma such such over powered yet underrated with his -respawn time and -cd plus octarine or refresher makes it harder to handle team fights well if you manage to kill him and every one on the enemy they just respawned easily and makes it harder to push thus comeback in mega creeps so hard (sorry for bad english)
