io depends on ur communication skills,item builds dont matter much cus ur just a sacrificial goat.
As a Wisp player I can tell you few things... First. items do matter, second. yes u try to rush bottle but if no one buys courier you should buy it ( ask for the bounty rune if u buy the ward and get the gold back), Third. you stay all the time with ck/tiny and relocate and split push lanes. But thats just a simple version on how to play that combo.

Tp tiny/ck to the enemy base at 10 min (or whenever you have your ult up)
Jokes aside tho play io on mid just be careful not to sip xp on your mid, just go for bounty bottle always bring tp to save lives, i whould suggest having a 4th pos. Wards because you will be near to 200 on gpm
