So you can learn the perspective of a support and next time you play carry, you will know how to predict their movements
You will learn some mechanics that you can put to use too
Tell him dota is not a one dimensional game and seeing things through different perspective helps

So my friend just play dota recently for about 2-3 months and I can see that he's getting better but still a bit sloppy in some areas, particularly camera movements. I told him that perhaps he needs to try to play support to help him up his carry game, but I can't seem to find the words or way on how to tell him why playing support is good for your carrying. Seeing that I used to main supp before I switched to carry (and currently learning mid and off), can anyone help me explain?
