Any answer other than git gud at mid is horrible advice form people who've never been in 1k. If you are good at tinker you can get six slotted and 1v5 at 35 mins. Are they seriously going to properly contest you? No way. You are gonna get crazy farmed and probably auto win your lane. Go put tinker into the search bar and watch 25 tinker 5k matches, learn how they lasthit, farm, gank and buld. You don't even need to care about your mid matchup because it's fkn 1k.
You will be horrifically bad, even though tinker is actually really easy to play at top level. Also buy your teams wards, your moron allies wont know where to put them anyway. Just aim for 4 lasthits a wave minimum, stack your own camps using the alt key. Time your blind to make lasthitting easier.
Just don't ever build aghs on tinker ever. bottle bots soul ring blink dagon eblade scythe /shivas/linkens
Tinker 6 slotted can 100%-0% 99% of heroes based on their magic resist vs your mana and their ally positions. Everytime you refresh you eblade, dagon and blink, every 2 refreshes you scythe depending on how pro you are. They should never be able to get away from you due to scythe slow and blink refresh.
Players in 3k don't understand english and ignore your coaching. Players in 1k probably don't even know what english is.

I got out of 1k with some of the least recommended hero for mmr grinding in that subhuman shithole, if I can do it I'm sure anyone else can do it
Just spam tanky offlane heroes like underlord or centaur, and try to get a solo lane.
It seems there are many different opinions here on how to break free from 1k mmr so try them all out and see what will work for you GL.

Exactly. Just control the mid, avoiding dying, and rush armlet x rad asap.
If you lose, its fine. As long as you keep a 3 wins; 2 lose ratio, your actually climbing your mmr.
I think the only downside is, in my opinion alchemist is pretty boring to play xD
