i think u will but very little maybe 2cm max but stretch regularly and go on fresh air drink water 2l every d and be happy and u will grow and keep back straight n fuck bcz
I do, I'm 21, but it's very very small maybe ~1cm in a year at best.

As an Asian 168cm is slightly below average for a teenager I guess
Please don't label me as awfully small lul
some people hit growth spurts after 20 not many but some. If your parents had a late growth spurt its quite possible you will get one especially if you are shorter than your parents.

Have any1 of u seen height increasing after 20 ? In few days i wont be 19 anymore .. My height is 171-172 cm which is awfully small lul ! Any1 of u successfully increased it after 20 ? What u did ?kappa.. Sadface
