him being able to wreck people with 8k networth vs a 15k networth hero is a tad broken. Call and blademail piercing BKB makes him strong, considering he is able to do that every 20 seconds , Every 10 seconds for a call.
he farms jungle and lane very very fast.
The best solution I see besides a defensive support is Euls the axe. helps alot.
