But the problem is dota didn't even ask for phone number and simply said i used my number on other account even when i already remove mobile authenticator . Sorry im not very good with english i hope u guys understand what i just said
yes, the 3month cooldown is there so you can't use a phone number on your smurf, remove it and put it onto your next smurf
using a completely different number is the only way.
