When you lack damage to break enemy highground because it's ultra late and both teams are evenly matched. Without a new factor into the game (ie DR, any big item that spices things up) the game will drag on for hours

When you are down megas and it's past 1 hour and you are Dusa. Like my last gAme

It must be a team decision so that people would protect you and such

Only heroes I consider DR as somewhat core ultra late game item:
Gyro, Luna, Dusa, WK, Sniper.
