Then answer my question. Why play a hero who shows up at the end, wins (or loses) rather than play a hero who stays active throughout the match (by active I mean game impact, not jungle impact). Even if I have to play carry I usually go for something like Drow, Razor etc who can rely on less farm, but good at pushing.
The Carry or cores usually controls the tempo of the mid game. There are utility cores that are not necessarily Super farm heavy. Don't think pos 1 = afk farm. It depends on the heroes. Just don't pick am and you're fine.
If your cores are busy farming and not looking for fights, tell me what do u do as supports? It's one of the most mind numbingly frustrating things because I want to go fuck their asses but I can't.
I steal they're farm with my Midas, stalk the carry for the exp and constantly harassing him by saying my god until when are you gonna farm until our enemies is pushing our ancient? stop farming and join us to push.
It fun to be always active, thinking what your next move, there is no "default" behavior, you have to constantly be on your toes contributing creatively to the team
Stack only in early game? Every time I pass my Jungle at around the 45 sec mark and the camp is not in danger of getting taken by the enemesi try to stack it
You don't just go ward mindlessly, you ward on safe places, while in smoke ganks, while enemies are visible, it's really bad to feed while warding
1. Don't miss any last hits
2. Map awareness. Adapt to enemy playstyle and plan your farm
3. Push when enemies leave a lane
4. Take objectives
5. By this force enemies to split. Kill the squishy lone ones left if possible and EFFICIENT.
6. Ward yourself (because some supports don't know where to or even don't ward at all)
I can go on if you like. Sure it seems and sometimes looks like a carry has "nothing to do than farm creeps" but behind there's so much more going on. Making decisions and haveing responsibilty is what I enjoy when I play the pos. 1.
And ok, you don't like it. We understood. And that's fine since tastes are different.
But you were asking what it is about and we give you answers which you then try to refute. What is your target here? Want to be convinced to play carry? Want others to convice playing support? I don't get it.
And btw. is this your main account? With 100 games played I haven't heard about pos. 1 to 5 yet.
'Jacked a day ago
To me support is the boring role. Because a lot of the time u are standing around doing nothing for majority of the game waiting for shit to happen.' no wonder he is 1k lol
So the absolute best players in the world can have a big impact on the game and suddenly the mindset that a player can 1v9 in any bracket becomes legitimate? I guess that's why Liquid, with all their 9k's won the Kiev Major...Kappa
"Miracle played a game, was super flashy and had a big impact which gave his team the opportunity to close off the game" That must mean that anyone can solo 1v9 at any bracket! My eyes are opened! Get a grip pablo. They might have a huge impact, but they definitely aren't playing a 1v9 game.
There's videos of Miracle struggling in 4k average pub matches because of how bad his team is. A higher rated team would punish the teams mistakes making it impossible for him to win. Even if a player gives their team a huge lead it doesn't guarantee a win.
If the statement was true, they're so incredibly talented and can 1v9 in any bracket... I wonder why don't they have 99% win rates? (accounting for disconnects). How could that be!?
It's definitely not because this game usually requires a team effort to win or anything...
And a support can be bad, also any other player, also the enemies, that's 2k nobody at this bracket is a pro we play for fun and to get better
isn't that what games are for? Training and having fun
I'm happy to be with people at tge same skills as me, that's mean that my plays would be impactful as anyone else, playing bad will be punished and playing good will be rewarded
I like playing mid the most because u control the tempo of the game. also I like the clinking sound it makes when u get a lh of gold falling into ur money bag. also most of the time i have pretty ass supports and carry them when I'm playing my currently best mid hero, sf, regardless of what they do i can usually win the game.
Honestly, I wish I would be thrown to the wolves more often (play against more skillful players) because that's when I truly learn. I don't learn jack shit from awesome teamwork; the best-case scenarios. Yeah, I'm 2k trash, but lately I've been playing party games with a 4.8k and it feels good getting owned in offlane because I know more precisely where I need to improve. In regular 2k games, I get worse by winning cheesy games; taking up stupid habits because "it works". Anyways, I don't really have a point, I just wanted to rant. /rant
To add to the post, I will say I like playing carry because it fits my playstyle pretty well. I enjoy the minigame of lasthitting/denying, controlling creep aggro, etc. Farming in general can be boring, yes, but when you are trying to maximize efficiency (switching from agil to int treads on slark for dark pact, and back to str then back to agil, for example) it can be fun. If you're mindlessly farming and it's boring, then you're either so good that you don't need to think about it, or you're doing it wrong.
farm, push, kill, initiate, no die, farm fast, be aware, roshan, spam spells, try not to put team in danger, escape and forget that your team needs saving, farm lane.
If you call proof saying "miracle, paparazzi, arteezy" then your proof is complete trash and your argument is rubbish lol
that's the same mindset a 2k would say if he said ''my team has no support or i always get bad support, game is impossible to be won by myself''
the scenario is overall the same, 2k you have no support, nor does the enemy.
8k you have a support, so does the enemy, on average nothing changes....just because the method for solo winning a 2k game is different from an 8k game doesn't mean solo winning is impossible in either bracket.
This is dumbest shit i've ever read.
Just because the position 1 is the star of the game and is a great player doesn't mean he's 1v9. He has a team. 1v9 implies not only NO team but also that his whole team is playing against him.
That would mean...
1. No courier
2. No courier upgrade
3. No wards
4. No TP to stop ganks
5. No TP to gank enemies
6. No smoke ganks
7. No rosh contesting
8. No rosh securing
9. No tower pushing as a team
10. No tower defending as a team
Nah he's just wondering why people enjoy playing core position
But tbh supporting is much more fun than playing pos 1, although I suck at it
"i like hitting creeps. i only hit heroes if i have to." - carry exclusice player
Yes, that's correct banned free cookie

Offlaner is the most fun.
The Carry or cores usually controls the tempo of the mid game. There are utility cores that are not necessarily Super farm heavy. Don't think pos 1 = afk farm. It depends on the heroes. Just don't pick am and you're fine.
supports should never do nothing. maybe thats the reason for you mmr :/
When a support does nothing? A support need to take care of alot of things simultaneously, i never had time when i had nothing to do
LUL
Supports that are standing around doing nothing LUL *grabing the axe internally*
Nah. I like seeing my name pop on screen with "Triple Kill, Monster Kill, Godlike, etc." beside it. Thats the only reason why.
If your cores are busy farming and not looking for fights, tell me what do u do as supports? It's one of the most mind numbingly frustrating things because I want to go fuck their asses but I can't.
1. Stack
2. Get some farm as well
3. Roam the enemies movement
4. Force objectives
5. Ward
Tab out and check facebook / change your music etc
I steal they're farm with my Midas, stalk the carry for the exp and constantly harassing him by saying my god until when are you gonna farm until our enemies is pushing our ancient? stop farming and join us to push.
See I'm not idle xD
Midas is ok, you get more exp midasing than killing, it is about overall more efficient for the team net worth
So carries are boring because they farm. Farm as a support because u have nothing to do when carries are farming. Lul.
Stacking is something u do in early game. The early game is the least boring for a support. ( And how he hell is stacking fun)
How is warding fun or more meaningful than what a carry does. A carry can ward more dangerously sometimes.
Good luck forcing objectives as a support. Lol
It fun to be always active, thinking what your next move, there is no "default" behavior, you have to constantly be on your toes contributing creatively to the team

Nah, just wanted to see different opinion of the role
I understood later that i opened a can of worms
And yes that's my only account
Mindset of a carry is FARM --> FAT --> WIN. Generally speaking, that's how the carry role should be played
'Jacked a day ago

LOL damn son. you don't get to play that card when you are sub 50% winrate normal skill delusional + retarded shithead
ill hazard a guess that you don't know absolutely anything about this game
42% ranked winrate in normal skill. holy fucking shit. how bad are you luuuuuuuuuuuul
DUDE ,IF YOU GET ALL CS IN LANING PHASE , ITS FEELS SO GOOD,
seriously hitting some creeps in satisfying especially as AM
"Must reach 600 last hits before 30 minutes"
I think that's garbage honestly.
say that to miracle, paparazi, arteezy

have you seen any of the recent paparazzi games, he literally runs trough the enemy team by himself like it's a joke.
Idk imo pushing is best for me.
Doesn't justify the 1v9 rubbish.
Guarantee in all of his games that he wins he has support and a team backing him up, even if they end up dying early in the fights.
Just because he's the position 1 doesn't mean he's the only one winning the game.
that's the same mindset a 2k would say if he said ''my team has no support or i always get bad support, game is impossible to be won by myself''

i've given you your proof, take it or leave it i wouldn't care.
Emm most of my 2k games have a support...
Usually its me and another one
And a support can be bad, also any other player, also the enemies, that's 2k nobody at this bracket is a pro we play for fun and to get better

Stop being a moron and get a grip.
also spam the support to buy wards... nicely if your mmr is high.
^ words of wisdom.
Rofl I was curious what was going on because kr posted something. Instead I see a Pleb and a Cookie going at it
until you get into a dazzle abbadon offlane against your pos 1 bh. And yes i did play in this game and it sucked.
and also plebian your earlier statement about 1v9 sounds a lot like most of my games.
