In 99% of the cases I go Wraith, 2x Branch, Bottle, Boots, AQ, BS. Aquila is much stronger item than BS, and consider you start with WB it's only 200 gold more expensive than Blight Stone.

whoops stated that wrong, what i mean is blight stone as the first item to ferry over to you xD after wb branches

anyways i did it in my game it seems legit though if you dont want to get aquila and go straight treads
