General DiscussionCan someone explain to me how nullifier works?

u use it on a hero and he cant use items during duration

and get slowed just like how cold snap works

with no rest between and infinite hits in that 5 sec

is it just items because every other case of mute in the game silences too and doesnt have a second effect over their head?
