What are top tier supports right now?
Can I slam pick visage/CM every game and expect the best?
CM sucks ass now, don't bother with her anymore, especially now that first neutrals spawn at 1:00 instead of 0:30.
^^she better now, she lowers cooldown of all allies globaly by 10% when she lvl 15.
just the lvl2 would come 30 seconds later thats all.
CM currently has the highest winrate for supports in 7.07b, unless you count omni and venge who are both played as cores pretty often. It does depend on your bracket and other factors, I always love having a CM on my team for the aura and some good disables, but as others have mentioned, CM herself has received some nerfs.
Reuninstall is probably your best bet
But if you insist, probably willow is amazing support, and also AA and nightstalker are great. Consider the new talents on slardar and lion they may be worth a try

AA top pick in comp
Veno was a god a week ago, but as an offlaner, he got nerfed nkw, I still think he would prefer offlane, he really want that wards hp talent
Tree isn't really picket currently
Disruptor for a while is a decent safe pick, not that dominant though like AA
Visage just got the hell nerfed out of, but he was a pos 1, not a support
Visage is broken

AA is good vs certain lineups necro husk dazzle etc otherwise he is kinda useless

Hey, how is CM so good this meta? I know winrate this patch is pretty high, but how is it possible, really?
Mana regen aura was nerfed AGAIN (seriously, look at the numbers, it's garbage). Horrible MS means you have to buy boots level 1, but support items are more expensive. Base mana pool reduced so you can't use two Frost Bites without clarity. Jungle first spawns delayed to 1 minute mark.
I mean, the level 15 talent additions to aura are great, but that's probably the only redeeming quality I can think of.
^ but now you get increased mana regen% per int for every hero so u get more out of her mana regen
