it's not symetrical. hands look deformed and out of proportion, her left hand is sitting still next to her, yet it is the same size as her right hand which is closer to you. an object further away will appear smaller, not larger. is she cross eyed here? if you were to remove her mask, her face would look scary as fuck, considering that her laugh lines come out below her eyes, not her nose. then there's incomplete lighting/shading, example: the light in her had casts no shine, nor any natural source of light(sun from some angle).
