Always Phase. She doesn't benefit from treads switching & she is slow as fuck. Not to mention getting raw dmg over attack speed on her feels better. You will get attack speed from items like yasha, skadi, mjollnir anyway.

treads can be good because switching is super abusable on medusa

but phase is still better because she's a kitable piece of shit and also you build attack speed, the +35 attack speed and 10 damage from treads is worse than +24 damage once you hit that MoM not to mention MoM + Phase MS is much better (also, the phase ability itself is great)

Tread switching is super value, but she just needs phase so much more
